墨 sumi (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform") provides AI image generation services. You may generate images by entering text prompts or uploading reference images.
You receive starter credits upon registration. Credits are purchased via top-up and used to pay for image generation. Credits are non-transferable and non-redeemable for cash. Unused credits may be refunded by contacting support.
You retain usage rights to your generated images. The Platform makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, legality, or fitness of AI-generated content. You must not use the Platform to generate illegal, infringing, or inappropriate content.
The Platform employs an automated content moderation system that may block requests containing sensitive keywords or inappropriate content. Moderation decisions are made by the system; if you believe a request was blocked in error, please contact support.
The Platform relies on third-party AI model providers, and service availability is subject to upstream conditions. Credits are automatically refunded when generation fails. The Platform does not guarantee 100% uptime.
AI-generated images may contain inaccurate or imperfect content. The Platform shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of generated content.
The Platform reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page; continued use constitutes acceptance.
