How to get credits?: Free credits on signup. Packages: $2.99/100, $9.99/500, $24.99/1500, $69.99/5000.
How to recharge?: Click avatar (top-right) → Usage → Recharge. Supports Stripe credit card payments.
Can credits be refunded?: Used credits are non-refundable. Unused purchased credits can be refunded within 30 days of purchase by contacting support@sumi.gallery; refunds go back to the original payment method.
How many credits does each feature cost?: Standard image: 2, HD: 14, Edit/Tools: 6, AI Enhance: 1, Video: 55-255, Poster: 2 credits.
How to generate images?: Click "Create" in the nav bar, enter a text description, choose style and size, then click Generate.
What if image quality is poor?: Try: 1. More detailed prompts 2. Select "HD" or "Ultra HD" quality 3. Use AI prompt optimization.
